Do Gooder Productions, founded in 1994, is an Off-Broadway forum for new plays for the professional stage and produces in partnership with designated charities. Ticket revenue does not cover the full cost of its programs, and the company is still recovering from the debt forced upon it by the consequences of 9/11. Individuals, corporations and local businesses, and foundations play a crucial role in supporting the company's annual programs. Please support Do Gooder's new play development and production programming by adding a tax-deductible contribution (to the fullest extent allowed by law)* to your ticket order. Donors are listed on the company's website and, space providing, in future showbills for our productions.
*Do Gooder Productions, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service. A copy of the latest annual report may be obtained, upon request, from Do Gooder Prouductions or from the Office of the Attorney General, Charities Bureau, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271.
